Irritating customer!! Not me..

Got this message from my service provider on September 01:30 PM

“Exclusive offer only for you. Recharge with TUP50 and get normal TT of Rs. 97.73. The balance of Rs. 12.27 will be credited within 48 working hours. Rush now.”

I thought it was odd for I knew that instead of 50 it should be 110. I have done this earlier. I started thinking of recharging with the said amount offer and if they didn’t do the debit I will call up the customer service inquiring the reason!

Since I was at the moment busy I didn’t have the time to do instantly! My curiosity was to knowing how they would be handling the problem! I knew very well of my service provider (even all their office locations) and who would be working had I done my irritating part of claiming their plan offer to me. I definitely would be a nuisance for I won’t be stopping until and unless I got what I wanted as it was all legally correct!


Never mind! I was thinking an agent would have been making an error and why should I benefit from such error. Poor little soul must have a series of meeting with superiors by now. He must be having a heavy head.

As expected at 04:00 PM another corrected text message reached my inbox which replace the Rs.50 with a Rs. 110
See! I am a good customer who understands my service provider. They too can make mistakes!
